DatummUsing Datumm
These terms apply to the Datumm website, browser workspace, desktop application and Revit plugin provided by DATUMM ARCHTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U71100AS2026PTC030021). By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you use them for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it.
Our Privacy notice describes our handling of personal information. The Software licence forms part of these terms.
Accounts and access
Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. Contact contact@datumm.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. Features and access may change or be unavailable; some features depend on third-party services, compatible software or an internet connection.
Your content and projects
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit Datumm and its service providers to process that content as needed to operate and support the services you request. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to share content, connect projects and authorise actions.
Datumm does not currently use user data to train models. The Privacy notice explains the limits of this statement and the need to check product-specific information before sharing confidential material.
Responsible use
Do not use Datumm unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, access systems or accounts without permission, distribute malicious code, or interfere with the security or operation of the services. We may restrict access where needed to address misuse or protect the service and its users, subject to applicable law.
Review results and project changes
AI-generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete, and actions may affect connected projects. Review proposed actions and results, keep appropriate backups and use suitable test projects. You remain responsible for professional judgment and for checking applicable design, safety and regulatory requirements. Datumm does not itself establish that a design is safe, code-compliant or ready for construction.
Rights and support
Datumm and its licensors retain rights in their software and services. Third-party components are subject to their own licences. You may stop using the services at any time. For support, account requests or questions about these terms, email contact@datumm.ai. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the services change. The current version will be available on this page. Applicable law governs any required notice or consent for changes.
