This notice describes our website and provides general information about the Datumm browser workspace, desktop application and Revit plugin. Product-specific notices or agreements may supplement it. If your organisation provides your access, it may also have its own privacy notice and instructions.

Information on our website

When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, subject and message you provide, including information needed to organise replies into a thread. We use this information to manage and respond to your inquiry and protect the contact service from abuse.

When you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address to manage your subscription and send requested updates. You can ask us to stop sending updates by emailing contact@datumm.ai.

Account and sign-in features may process identifiers, authentication and session information. The website may also process technical, security and operational logs. Cookies and similar browser storage may be used for authentication and other site infrastructure.

Information in Datumm products

Depending on the feature you use, information you provide or authorise the product to access may include requests, conversations, files, images, project context, commands and results. It may be processed to provide the requested functionality, maintain the service and support you. Some information can travel over the internet to service providers; do not assume that all processing stays on your device.

Datumm does not currently use user data to train models. Third-party providers may have their own data handling, retention and training terms; Datumm’s statement does not describe or override those terms. The information and providers involved can depend on the product and feature. Before submitting confidential, sensitive or regulated material, contact us for the relevant product-specific details and make sure you have authority to share it.

Sharing and service providers

We may use providers for services such as hosting, authentication, infrastructure, communications and AI processing. They may process information as needed to provide their services, and their handling can depend on the feature and configuration. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.

Where enabled, account authentication uses Clerk. Product configurations can route model requests through OpenRouter to the provider for the selected model. Local and hosted configurations have different storage paths; hosted configurations can store task records and checkpoints in a database. Desktop traces can be stored locally and exported to a user-configured Langfuse endpoint. These options do not mean every provider receives every request. Contact us for details about the configuration you use and any processing outside your country.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, managing subscriptions, operating and supporting the service, and meeting applicable legal, security or recordkeeping needs. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and the circumstances. Copies may also remain in backups or records where needed for those purposes.

Your requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, to withdraw consent where applicable, or to raise a concern. Your rights depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or a legitimate need permits or requires it.
